    About the Role

    This is a front-facing, non-technical position responsible for creating a positive first impression for clients and supporting daily office operations. You’ll greet clients, accurately document service requests, assist with general office needs, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace. This role also involves care for our office cats, so comfort around animals is important.


    Responsibilities

    • Greet clients and visitors professionally, in person and by phone

    • Accurately collect and enter service request information into our ticketing system

    • Manage general office organization and cleanliness, including kitchen and restrooms

    • Shop for and restock groceries, office supplies, and cleaning items as needed

    • Assist with coordinating in-office events and team activities

    • Provide daily care for office cats (feeding, litter box, general tidiness)


    What We’re Looking For

    • Detail-oriented and highly organized

    • Friendly, calm, and dependable

    • Excellent communication and note-taking skills

    • Able to multitask and manage daily routines with minimal supervision

    • Comfortable working around and caring for office pets

    • Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles preferred

  • Tier 1 IT Support Technician - Victoria Texas | Edna Texas

    Tier 1 Technicians are frontline problem‑solvers at DEWW I.T. You’ll handle everyday IT issues for our clients, both remotely and onsite, while delivering clear communication, clean documentation, and reliable follow‑through.

    What You’ll Do

    • Resolve workstation and user‑level technical issues
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and configuration problems
    • Provide onsite support when needed
    • Own tickets from start to resolution within Tier 1 scope
    • Communicate clearly with clients and document work thoroughly
    • Escalate issues cleanly when they exceed Tier 1
